E-Quit Lauched by Health Canada in 2002, E-Quit is a support service which allows smokers to receive motivational emails 20 days prior to the quit date they have set for themselves. The Canadian Lung Association The Lung Association' s website features a comprehensive section on smoking, including the five stages of quit readiness model, as well as presenting the common obstacles and advantages of giving up cigarettes.
